I love this app!! I use it daily and have been using it for a while to either lose/maintain or gain weight depending on my goals at the moment.
I LOVE THIS APP! My mom actually got me into using it and ever since I have been using it I have been able to eat a lot healthier and make sure I am getting the right calories that I need to lose weight. I really like that you can log in your workouts as well that is a really great feature. And it has every food imaginable listed in there so you can keep track of EVERYTHING you are eating. I feel like I have been noticing a change in my body and my weight, I am feeling a lot better and looking a whole lot better. I am also just more aware about what I am eating and putting into my body. I think many people could benefit from this app. Yes it takes time to log but it is so so worth it.
Best app ever for calorie counting. It has pretty much everything stored with the calorie amounts, plus you can add your exercise to it each day as you go and it will adjust your calories for the day. This app has been amazing in assisting me to learn just how many calories are in something you reach for without thinking. Give it a try i bet some of the things you eat will surprise you with how many calories are in it.
I have just started back using this app. I am trying to get my weight under control and get healthy. it is quick and easy to use. Just plug in some information about yourself and away you go. Tracking food is so easy and I love how it easily connects to my FitBit Charge.
I love this app, it has helped me keep off the baby weight I had gained when I was pregnant. Just stick to it everyday and exercise and you will see and feel a difference.

I use this and have recommended it to many. Very easy to use. Encourages you to reagh your goals. Tracking food intake and work outs. And added bonus it connects with mutiple other apps like fitbit
I have used MyFitnessPal to keep track of my daily food intake and my calories. This app is the best if you want to motivate you into healthier foods for weightloss. I have also paired my FitBit to this app so it helps me keep track of the calories I burn and easily adds it to my daily routine!

I have used this app off and on for the past year and a half or so. I don't think it really has "helped" me loose weight - but I like data and being able to see my macros protein intake, etc. I have paired this with my Jawbone device so it automatically adds in my daily exercise. It's great motivation to eat better when you can see what you are eating ;)
