Medicine cabinet staple
I was excited to try Myoflex 20% Maximum Strength, hoping it might be a new go-to for my "40-year-old problems"—mainly bad knees and stubborn plantar fasciitis.
The texture is great; it’s a thick cream that needs some rubbing in, but it’s truly non-greasy and has zero medicinal smell. I could put my socks on right away without a mess, which is a huge plus for a busy day.
As far as results go, it definitely works, but I’d categorize it as a "spot treatment." It was perfect for a random pulled muscle in my back, providing solid, targeted relief. However, for my long-term chronic inflammation, I still find that topical emulgels with anti-inflammatories do a better job.
It’s a reliable, "invisible" option to keep in the medicine cabinet for those sudden strains and other random injuries that come with middle age.
Good Pain Relief Cream
I liked this cream a lot. It was nice that it was menthol free and non greasy. I find that it didn't still feel heavy to my skin compared to gel pain relief options but it was pretty good for a cream.
I did not like the smell that much but it works well for Pain relief.
Works as expected
This myoflex worked well and was easy to apply. I liked that it wasn’t overly greasy or smelly and it worked quickly! I’m glad there is a Canadian option I can buy over non Canadian competitors.
Stain free, non greasy
Honestly a really nice menthol free pain relief alternative. I really enjoyed that it was non greasy and stain free. Thats really important to me since i hate standing still lol. Id give it a try !!
A must have
I have been using other brand of pain relief cream, pads but what I love about this is scent/odour free. Like people never know that I am using it unlike the other brands. I just don’t know if its working as my shoulder pain is pretty bad. I will try to use it maybe on my back and see how it feels.

Tough on muscle pain
As I recently turned 40, it is going to be a requirement for me to have topical medications around for all of my aches and pains! I really like this product because it does not have a strong odour; there is a fragrance, but it is not overwhelming and dissipates quickly. The cream did not leave any lasting residue on my skin, and was effective in reducing pain and did not require me to follow up with oral pain medications.
It works
As a regular muscle rub girly I was excited to try this out. I love that it has no odor and no residue. It works well, it could lossibly be stronger though. It's a Canadian product. Overall 9/10
Strong Pain Relief!
Between my husband and myself, we depend on a strong pain relief cream to keep us going! This Myloflex pain relief cream is fast acting and has such a mild scent, you barely notice it. I love that it's stain free so I never have to worry about ruining my clothes and I can use it through out the day.
Not bad
I have been experiencing severe plantar fasciitis since May. I was really excited to try this and see if it works. I have tried it a few times. Last night, I was experiencing pain without walking, and I put Myoflex on. It definitely took the edge off, but when I got up to walk, I was still in pain. So it definitely doesn't eliminate the issue, but it does give some pain relief. It would be good to have on hand for in between massage & physiotherapy appointments.
