I purchased this product and used it once as directed on the bottle. I purchased this against my better judgment (I have had a horrible experience with hair year ago however I've been told that since that time the formula has changed,etc). I used this around my mouth to remove hair on my upper lip. I was careful to follow the instructions carefully, i did not rub the creme into my skin and carefully smoothed on a layer and waited exactly 5 mins as directed (i used a timer on my phone). When i removed the product my skin was numb and red. The next day my skin was still inflamed and very dry, it felt like I had sunburn on the area.

I would caution customers to test this on a small part of their skin before trying it maybe even the next because the damage is very difficult to cover with makeup and it is so dry that the makeup tends to cling onto the skin in a noticeable way.
