Tasty Snack!

I received a free sample of Nature’s Heart Immune Support bar to try. It was a great tasty, healthy snack! It had a combination of nuts, seeds and dried blueberries with a nice coating of dark chocolate on the bottom of the bar. It is non-GMO, gluten free and high in fibre and protein. Even the packaging comes from responsibly sourced paper!
The only downside was that it was a little bit sticky and stuck a bit to the wrapping.
I found it to be a great mid morning snack that should keep me going until lunchtime!

Energy bar

Got to try this as a free sample and found them to be very delicious snack made of dried blueberries, nuts and chocolate. They consist of 220 calorie per bar if you are perticular in counting and tracking on calories like me. Due to the fact it's loaded with nuts it's a great source of iron and zinc and helps with the immune system. It's gluten free and made with simple ingredients and no artificial flavors
It's a chewy, tasty and a bit sticky snack but is of good quality and packed with nutrition. Good source of energy packed bars for teen agers searching for snacks like my boys.
