A multi vitamin for pregnant and lactating women.

This vitamins for pregnant and lactating women. I like it cause it's high in folic acid, iron, zinc and vitamin D. The capsules are quite large but I dont have difficulties swallowing them. My husband and kids only take chewable vitamins which I reccommend if you have this issue. I find these tablets have a strange smell but in my opinion most supplements do.
