I have been using these for about a year now, and they do work. I heard stories about this product and I thought I would give it a try. I usually go to the hairdresser every 6 weeks for a trim, but since I started these I have to go more often. My hair and nails are healthier now. I would recommend these because they do work.

I have been using these products for years and prior to doing so my hair and nails were dry and thin. I tried other more expensive options but I believe that these do help strengthen my hair and nails.

I LOVE this product. I cut my hair short about 6 months ago and after a couple of weeks of loving it shorter I began to have regrets. My hair takes forever to grow and I'm not saying that this product is a miracle product and grew my hair overnight but after using it religiously over 6 months it has grown far faster then it ever has before. Like so many women I've been complaining about my hair all my life. But when I realized my hair was suddenly thinning and there was even a balding spot I started to panic. i've noticed a dramatic difference in the health of my hair. it's so shiny and soft, no split ends. every so often i would break out, but these pills (combined with my body shop tea tree products) seem to have put an end to that too. i've had to have my acrylics filled more regularly (not sure if this is good or bad), but it's a sign that they're growing, for sure.
i've just finished my first bottle and will be picking up my second ASAP.
