great product. very practical and very easy to use, clears the sinus and helps you to feel better. lots more people with sinus and allergy problems should be using this because it's very effective.

I was suggested this product by my allergy doctor. It's not like a spray mist. You have to get used to it. It works wonders on your sinus and drainage.

I was born without the ability to breathe through my nose. I have a heavily deviated septum, as well as underdeveloped nasal passages. I get really stuffed up, and I seem to have sinus symptoms all year long. I pretty much always have a sniffle. My brother has really bad issues with sinus infections, and he recommended Neilmed to me for symptom relief. I got the full kit, and it really does help with my issues. I will never be able to breathe through my nose without surgery, but it gets rid of the pressure and stuffed up feeling, and I love it when I have a cold. I also like that now I only have to purchase refills, as the bottle is reusable.

Neilmed is a wonderful brand. Often times on Facebook they offer free versions of their products sent right to your door. My first experience with them was a sinus pack and a neti pot they gave me completely free for filling out a survey on their Facebook page. I loved it! I can breathe again!! I'm so happy with the entire line of Neilmed products, and I use them on a daily basis. The sinus rinse is great, and I use it nightly before I go to bed, as that's when I feel the most congested. It also comes in a child-size version which is fantastic, and very safe to use. I would highly recommend this for everyone!

I elected to start using this after two weeks of a dripping nose in the mornings. I would machine gun sneeze everywhere. I would take allergy pills in the am and not get relief I wanted, not 100% and certainly not feeling better right away. Since I have been using Neilmed I can stop the swelling if my nasal passages quite quickly. It's like it must be removing the allergen from my sinuses. I use this in combination with my allergy pills, but now use way less allergy pills than ever before. It works. It was hard in the beginning initially to get over the fear of what this was going to feel like (I have both the tea pot style and regular bottle style of Neilmeds). Once I did, I found it was not bad at all. Just a different sensation, probably would take getting used to for some. This product does not make your sinuses sting which I was also concerned about. I am grateful to have gotten over my fear of trying this because it works so well.

I bought this for my sister as she has alot of sinus problems and it did give her much relief.

Once you start coughing, sneezing or having to blow your nose, it is time to rinse your sinuses.

I was turned onto this process by my ENT specialist and he highly recommended it, even twice a day if needed.

If your cough is coming from nasal drip, it can be eliminated. If you use nasal sprays, using them right after a rinse makes them more effective as they can actually hit what they are aiming for (also a tip from the ENT doc).

Cleans out your sinuses - doesn't feel weird at all, it is quick. I feel like I have a new head afterwards - seriously, it's awesome, especially if you get sinus related headaches!

I can't say enough. I wish I had known about sinus rinsing years ago and the NeilMed squeeze bottle makes it super easy.
