Amazing for dark bags under eye, and works great!

I was introduced to Neora by a good friend. I am most impressed by the eye serum. It is anti aging, but the most amazing thing is that it totally helps with bags under the eyes, and notice difference with even first application. With continued use, I'm looking 15 yrs younger.
