Has a stinging feel when applied
The Neutrogena Healthy Skin Face Lotion with Brand Spectrun SPF15
Seems to go on well and absorb into my facial skin and doesn't not leave it feeling greasy, but it leaves a stinging felling as soon as I do apply it. I got it a little to close to my eye area one night and woke up the next morning with swelling all around my eyes.
Liquid foundation goes over it well
