Trying to quit smoking? Get the gum

Quitting smoking is so hard but I really think this fun has helped. Cuts the cravings and gives me the nicotine I crave just a little bit. I’m going to attempt the patches as well but the gun has helped me cut down a lot!

Tried it but no success.

The flavor was alright and it was as good as any gum but it didn't curb my cravings for very long. I didn't need to take breaks at work to go outside however, as soon as I was in an environment with smokers, I wanted the real thing, gum wouldn't cut it. Maybe it would work for a more dedicated quitter.
