My husband has been using this quickmist along with the Nicorette gum and has had a noticeable difference in how many less cigarettes he is smoking. It’s been a week so far but things are look very optimistic!

I've tried the patch, gum, and lozenges. None of them truly stopped my cravings. For some reason the spray mist works for me. It's pretty strong on the taste buds at first. But after a few days it's just like normal breath spray. I'm so happy I found something that works.

Whenever I found myself craving a cigarette I just used the QuickMist and within a minute or so, the craving was gone.
