Great hydration option

I tried this in the morning, I chose the cherry pomegranate. I mixed it with water and it dissolved quickly. The taste was good, not tart and better when mixed with cold water.

Perfect solution for Dehydration

I was excited to try this product. There wasnt many in stock at Walmart but the next day I was able to get it shipped to my door. I enjoyed the flavour, it was easy to dissolve and drink. Perfect for those days after a party or a super busy day when you sweat alot from fitness. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Best electrolytes ever!

This hydration replenisher is super tasty and easy to incorporate on my daily life, the convenient little pouches fit perfectly in my purse, lunch bag and my husband’s gym bag. A great electrolyte blend that contains vitamins, minerals and organic cane sugar, by the way, it contains only 4g of sugar per stick which is awesome. We tried 3 different flavours but our favourite was Strawberry Pineapple, it was a little tart and it had just the perfect amount of sweetness. All in all, my husband and I agree that this is a tasty and easy to mix product. So if you want to stay hydrated while supporting a Canadian Company this is your sign! I highly recommend it!

Best electrolytes in the market

I have tried a few electrolytes, but I was not a fan because either they will be too powdery or they will be way too sweet but no days wasted was the perfect electrolyte out there that I have tried all the flours are so amazing. They are not overly sweet mix so well into the water does not feel heavy when I drink it and makes me feel hydrated all day long. If you are looking for electrolytes this is the one.

Hydrating my hangover away!

Recently, I tried the No Days Wasted Hydration Replenisher. I ordered it from walmart canada online as it wasn't available in store. Once I was able to obtain the product; I did enjoy the taste and found it to be refreshing. Also, I did feel better both physically and mentally after having this hydrating drink. I will buy this in the future and would recommend it to friends as well!

Seems to work but no instructions for use

No Days Wasted DHM Blend is an herbal supplement meant to ease next-day dehydration, sometimes due to having a fun night out. DHM, along with key actives - L-Cysteine, Milk Thistle, and Prickly Pear - help your natural liver enzymes break down acetaldehyde - which is the toxin that alcohol turns into that contributes to you not feeling well the day after drinking.

Each package comes with 4 "pocket ready packets" and each packet contains 2 capsules.

The recommended dose and only instructions on the package reads as follows: One capsule one time per day. Take with water and do not take on an empty stomach. Their website however, instructs to take two capsules (one packet) after your first couple of drinks.

My honest review:

I honestly do think that I felt better than I would have had I not used this. I tested this at a house party so I had quite a bit to drink and got home late. The next morning , I didn't feel sick, have a headache or tummy issues which can sometimes occur after I've been drinking. I was mostly tired due to getting to bed late. This product can not replace sleep and water. Make sure you are still drinking water and hopefully getting some sleep!

I bought this online on the Walmart website and it came within a few days so you could potentially order on a Wed/Thur for a Saturday night. I tried to find it in store but it wasn't available in any stores in downtown Toronto (maybe people were prepping for the holidays?). When asking the pharmacist, they said that it should be available in the pharmacy section if it were available at your store.

Room for improvement:

The lack of instructions on the packaging was frustrating. Also, the packet information is wrong. The package says take 1 capsule yet there are 2 in each packet. And upon a further investigation, the website says to take 2. I expected information on when to take the capsules to be on the package and not have to go searching for it - which by the way, I just found now and not on the night I needed the information because it was hard to locate the information even with extensive searching.

The packaging seems excessive. I suppose because you are meant to take this while you are out, it makes sense that the two capsules are individually wrapped but it still seems like an awful waste. They also come in a larger size in a jar which seems a better solution long term.

Overall, I am happy with the results of this and very happy to have gotten a chance to try No Days Wasted DHM Blend!

Love the added benefits

Me and my best friend ended up taking this to Korean bbq and it was easy to put a bunch in my purse and easy to put in our waters. It ended up tasting like juice which was really nice and we loved how it kept us hydrated throughout eating which was an added benefit.
