Disappointing damaged item from shipping but works
I was really excited to receive the Nova 50-Pint Dehumidifier through Butterly, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. A piece near the removable water tank was broken, and I had to unscrew and realign it myself because it wasn’t properly fitted. While the packaging seemed heavy-duty, I suspect the damage occurred during shipping or handling. Overall, it was frustrating to deal with issues right out of the box.
With that being said luckily so far things are working fine . It's accessible, with the wheels to move from anywhere in your home. The smart settings on the Dehumidifier really is helpful, easy to remove the water once full.
