I’ve really been enjoying the NOMA Light Therapy Sun Lamp, especially on darker mornings when there isn’t much natural light coming in. I like having it on while I’m getting ready, having my coffee or working from home. It’s bright without taking up much space, easy to use, and something I can see myself using a lot more once the darker months come around.

Perfect for the darker months ahead

I’m really looking forward to adding the NOMA Light Therapy Sun Lamp to my routine as the darker Canadian months approach. I love how simple and convenient it is to use, with adjustable brightness and different light tones so I can customize it depending on the time of day. I can easily keep it beside me while having my morning coffee or working at my desk. With winter just around the corner, I think this will be a great addition to my morning routine when natural daylight becomes harder to get.

Bringing the sun everywhere i go

Even though it’s summer, we’ve had a few gloomy, cloudy days recently, and this lamp has been a total lifesaver for boosting my morning energy. It’s compact, fits perfectly on my desk, and the light is nice and bright without feeling harsh. The controls on the front are also super simple to use.The best part is that it’s rechargeable, so you don't need to leave it plugged into the wall all the time.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the battery lasted just a little bit longer between charges. Still, it’s already doing wonders for cloudy summer mornings, and I honestly cannot wait to see how much it helps during our dark Canadian winters. It’s going to be an absolute must have!

Perfect lamp for dark rooms

This is the perfect lamp for those late nights when you don’t want an overhead light on but need more light to see. I’ve been loving it for when I need to see to change my newborn. The soft colour and multiple brightness settings make for the perfect lamp. It lights up our room with a much more soft light that I was looking for. can’t recommend this enough! I’m excited to have it during the dark winter months as well, it really helps feel like your outside when you can’t get outside.

I received the NOMA therapy sun lamp for free in exchange for my honest review. I really like the sleek design so that it doesn't take up alot of room. It's actually perfect for small desk areas or bed side table. I set mine up on my night stand on a soft glow setting and it makes for a nice calm setting when settling down for the night.
The lamp features 3 brightness and temperature levels and you can switch to PRO mode for maximum white light brightness but I honestly prefer the softer setting as I find the bright white a little overwhelming.
There's a helpful battery light indicator so you'll know when it's running low and you can even use the timer setting to set the timer to 15, 30, 45 or 60mins. It takes a little while to figure which settings work best for you but once you do, you'll know it!!

Super easy to setup and quite effective

I have been using this for a week now. I use this mostly in the morning to get the right temperature, which has helped me with my morning mood and energy.

Morning routine

I am really looking forward to using this sun lamp during the cold, dark winter when seasonal depression kicks in. I love that the lamp has a stand and blends into my other decor effortlessly. The light adjusts to different brightness and warmth. I felt it the buttons were a little finicky so I removed one star. I have not used it long enough to know if it makes a difference but it has been a nice addition to my morning routine. Overall I am happy and would recommend this sun lamp.

I am not sure that this product knows what it wants to be! There are few details online and with the provided manual on the benefits of Light Therapy and how to properly use the lamp.

I have the lamp on my work desk, as I am in the corner of an office that does not get much natural light. I think this product will be helpful in the winter, when the days are shorter and greyer.

I had to google the recommended amount of time the lamp should be used, which is generally 1h, with 2h use being the maximum.

I like that the light is dimmable, as the highest setting would likely trigger my migraines, but the light is easily adjustable and the setting is saved once the light is turned off. I also like that the light has a timer, in 15 minute intervals, to ensure you aren’t overexposing yourself.

Overall, likely a product I will use regularly, but too early to really see the benefits of usage. The website could use an update with more descriptive language on what the lamp is for and how to use.
