Bringing the sun everywhere i go

Even though it’s summer, we’ve had a few gloomy, cloudy days recently, and this lamp has been a total lifesaver for boosting my morning energy. It’s compact, fits perfectly on my desk, and the light is nice and bright without feeling harsh. The controls on the front are also super simple to use.The best part is that it’s rechargeable, so you don't need to leave it plugged into the wall all the time.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the battery lasted just a little bit longer between charges. Still, it’s already doing wonders for cloudy summer mornings, and I honestly cannot wait to see how much it helps during our dark Canadian winters. It’s going to be an absolute must have!

The soft light setting is great!

I received the NOMA therapy sun lamp for free in exchange for my honest review. I really like the sleek design so that it doesn't take up alot of room. It's actually perfect for small desk areas or bed side table. I set mine up on my night stand on a soft glow setting and it makes for a nice calm setting when settling down for the night.
The lamp features 3 brightness and temperature levels and you can switch to PRO mode for maximum white light brightness but I honestly prefer the softer setting as I find the bright white a little overwhelming.
There's a helpful battery light indicator so you'll know when it's running low and you can even use the timer setting to set the timer to 15, 30, 45 or 60mins. It takes a little while to figure which settings work best for you but once you do, you'll know it!!

Morning routine

I am really looking forward to using this sun lamp during the cold, dark winter when seasonal depression kicks in. I love that the lamp has a stand and blends into my other decor effortlessly. The light adjusts to different brightness and warmth. I felt it the buttons were a little finicky so I removed one star. I have not used it long enough to know if it makes a difference but it has been a nice addition to my morning routine. Overall I am happy and would recommend this sun lamp.

Always wanted one

I added this lamp to my bedside night table. It is an easy spot to turn on in the morning to help me wake up and start the day. It was easy to set up, and easy to use. I haven’t been using for enough days to really know if it’s helped- but I have always wanted to have one of these.
