I’ve been trying to stay on top of my energy and overall wellness, and B-12 kept coming up as something I might be low on, especially since I don’t eat a lot of meat. I picked up the NOW B-12 chewables because the brand seemed trustworthy and the reviews were solid — plus I liked the idea of a chewable instead of adding yet another pill to my routine.

The first thing I noticed was the taste — it’s kind of a cherry flavor, a little sweet, but not overly artificial. The Now chewable vitamin B-12 vitamins were fruity and flavour was nice. Didn’t notice much of a difference but will continue taking them as a part of my daily routine. Chewable vitamins are not my go to but these ones were pretty good.

I needed more B12

I have used B-12 before and it’s very effective and beneficial to my daily life. It feels like my energy levels have improved since starting this daily. I think I would prefer something I swallow over this chewable options but the flavor was okay .

A nice little boost

I like having this in my vitamin holster to take when I need a little boost! I usually take a multi-vitamin but this is a nice little added touch on days when I feel like I’m dragging a bit more.

Wonderful Chewable Vitamin

I definitely would recommend the NOW Health B-12 Chewable Vitamins! I am a person that find it hard to swallow certain pills or vitamins, so these chewable form is just wonderful for me. They also taste great! I love getting my B-12 in in a small chewable vitamin, also knowing it includes folic acid is so great! I feel good about these vitamins and I would take them and buy them again.

Easy to chew

These little B-12 vitamins are quite easy to chew. They taste sweet, but not disgustingly so. They are great for travel or on the go because you don't need water and are very small in size. These are a great option for those that don't eat a lot of foods that are rich in B-12 (meat, fish and dairy).

Good vitamins, I didn’t mind the flavour. I’m not the biggest fan of chewable vitamins, but these worked well. They made for a good add to my regimen.
