My daughter hated this

I'm a germaphobe so I don't want to use a cloth to wipe my babies gums if I can help it I have tried a 0 2 toothbrush but it was very hard on her mouth and the bristles got hard rather fast. then I tried the Nuby toothbrush set that is supposed to be an Oral Care three-stage system. I'm telling you right now I tried step one and 2 and my child started crying and yelling and screaming in pain. I would not recommend this. it is horrible and I will not be keeping it! I will actually be sending an email to the company condoning their product.
