I can’t believe this isn’t coffee!

I was super skeptical about caffeine-free coffee crafted from dandelions but, wow. I am shocked that is is not coffee! If it’s possible and you can believe it.. it tastes more like coffee than coffee does! I made an iced latte topped with oat milk and cinnamon which is my usual go to for at home coffee and it was seriously, so good! After doing some investigating I cannot believe how many health benefits consuming dandelions have, it’s amazing! I would definitely love to try other flavours and will for sure be brewing a hot one!

Not coffee but totally coffee!!

This tastes like coffee, smells like coffee, but isn’t a coffee? I am amazed it was so close to real caffeine coffee that I am in shock. I made it with boiling water and a splash of Irish cream and it is beautiful.

Did I ever think that I would give preference to alternative coffee instead of natural?! No, but it happened 🤍

For me, coffee is not about getting a boost of energy, but just part of my life as a tea with cookies. Drink a couple of cups of coffee in the morning, during the day or even before bed as I always do, now there is no problem for me.
What advantages I’ve found in it for myself?!
- natural composition, I would say pleasure without consequences with the help of dandelion root
- same coffee drinks as with regular coffee. Latte, cappuccino are not a problem
- No need to worry about the yellow teeth
