FIBERS found in cheese and spinach ravioli.

Pink and green fibers found in ravioli were thin and bristle-like. They showed up after cooking -- in our mouths. Had to throw the whole dinner out. Called the Olivieri hotline to report out of concern. Got the complete runaround. Stay away from this ravioli and the customer service staff who are as good as the product itself -- suspect.

I find these to be extremely overpriced. I have NEVER found them for less than $6/package - usually around $8. The pasta cooks well - consistent texture and not soggy. The filling is consistent also but a little bit bland. Too much spinach and not enough strong cheese taste in my opinion. I like Olivieri pasta but this specific flavor is not my favorite.

Ces pâtes fraîches d'Olivieri aux épinard et fromage ricotta sont tout simplement délicieuses et très pratiques car elles se congèlent facilement, sont prêtes en quelques minutes et on peut y ajouter notre sauce préférée. Elles sont un merveilleux dépanneur et nous change des pâtes sèches en boîtes. Pour notre famille, c'est un choix dont on ne peut se passer.
