When it comes to buy a toy for your lil one which will makes them busy for quite some time then Orbeez was, is and will be my first choice. Hours of fun with multiple things to do. My kid enjoys this so much specially glow in the dark orbeez. Highly recommended

Slimey fun

Orbeez Mixin’ Slime Set is soo soo messy, but quite fun. At the beginning it is hard to mix with the tools, and they don't mix, but once you get hung on it, it will become more smoother play. The packaging can be improved, doesn't have resealable lids... Once you open no more closing each one.

Once you open it, it starts to get very very messy, you have to commit to playing, cannot turn back. This playset is fun for kids but parents, be prepared for a huge clean-up.

Hours of fun!

After receiving this free to test out, I left everything to my older kids. They tore into this right away when they found out it was slime related! What an awesome combination, this kept them occupied for hours which I loved as it gave me time to catch up on things around the house while they were happy playing with the orbeez. I love that it came in a container and that most of the orbeez were contained. Clean up was a breeze as the slime wiped off the table and did not leave a residue. Would highly recommend this to my friends with kids.

When your kids two favourite things Orbeez and Slime get combined into one it’s sheer bliss, smiles and hours of fun, squishing, squeezing and pulling slime! They loved that you could also inject crushed and coloured orbeez into the slime making a unique slime combination every time! The variety of orbeez from mini, multicoloured, shimmer, marbled and glow in the dark added such a fun twist. Loved that the clean up was so easy, with the container acting as a play/storage space so no more dried out slime. Great sensory experience for all ages to destress

This kit is a must-have for any kid who’s into slime. This elevates the generic slime experience to the next level, introducing Orbeez (water sensory beads) into the mix. The kit comes with over 2500 already grown Orbeez. I had previously only been around kids using the Orbeez seed kits (they’re small “seed” balls that need to be put in water to grow larger), so this was an interesting experience to already have grown Orbeez to use. Within these 2500 Orbeez, there’s also a lot of variety; you have glow in the dark ones, shimmery glitter balls, marbled, rainbow, and micro sized. You also get a number of neat accessories for play: a “crusher”, an injector tube and scoop, a mixing dome, and pull hooks. This is to help create your slime + Orbeez concoctions. The slime included comes in both clear and blue colours and I didn’t notice any staining from the latter. It’s also worth noting that Orbeez likewise do not leave stains. In any event, the kit is housed in a case whose blue base serves as “slime station”, so you’re not running all these experiments directly on any household surfaces. Be warned that the slime was incredibly sticky, so definitely keep it away from any dusty areas or spots where it can pick up debris. The amount of slime included was okay – for two kids it was a decent amount for an afternoon of play, but I don’t know how this will stretch out in the long run. I also found that everything in this set was really well-hydrated. Nothing was dried out (and in the case of Orbeez, you can revive them using water) and everything seemed incredibly “fresh”. The biggest hit was the ability to “inject” Orbeez into the slime – it was like making your own stress ball – and my nieces especially loved doing this with the glow in the dark Orbeez.

My nieces had a blast trying out countless combinations of Orbeez and slime. I may have dipped my hand in there on a couple of occasions - the tactile feel of Orbeez is unparalleled. If you’re looking to destress, water beads provide a gentle squish with a cooling sensation that can lower even the most stressed person’s blood pressure ;)! After playing around with this I took a deeper dive and discovered that there’s an Orbeez spa set, which is designed to roll feet around in....I’m sold!

Sensory fun!

The Spinmaster Orbeez Mixin' Slime Set got huge smiles from our son Gideon the moment it came through the door. He loved testing out all of the Orbeez especially the Glow in the Dark ones and he loved grimdy them up! He gave it a million star rating.

It was a little tricky taking the inside packaing off, but good because it kept all the Orbeez and slime in place. I loved that it comes with a storage container that also doubles as a play space. The other parts were easy enough to follow along with instructions and put together for a ten year old

I have been very hesitant and banned slime from the house, so we gave this a chance. The this product was manageable and fun but not worry free. In my opinion the slime was a bit sticky on your hands and slimey, but hopefully with more use or Orbeez it wont be as bad. Definitely use the activity base and keep it to smooth services. Have to also be careful with runaway Orbeez as they are very slippery and bouncy! I feel like I will only be ok if this is used with supervision.

He will definitely will be pulling this out again and again to keep him entertained. It's great for Gid as he likes to fidget and keep his hands busy. Even the grown ups got in on the fun - I must admit the Orbeez are cool to run your hands through.

Slimetastic fun

When I found out i was selected for the Orbeez Mixin' Slime set I was very excited for my kids. Over the past few months they have both been very interested in both Orbeez and slime and we never thought to play with them together. There are lots of positives from my kids perspective (and mine) and lots of negatives from the perspective of the parents. I'll start by my kids review. They loved the variety of Orbeez especially the marble and glow in the dark ones. They loved how well the glow in the dark worked. What they didn't like was how sticky the slime actually was. They had trouble working in the Orbeez as well. Even though there was an injector it didn't really mix them in. Also every time they played with the actual slime the Orbeez popped out sending them bouncing on our floor. (This is every parents nightmare). The crushing of the Orbeez proved to be a fan favourite between both kids and they seem to stay better in the actual slime. Our other massive challenge with this toy was the actual packaging. I had to use an actual knife as it was impossible to peel the foil that sectioned every Orbeez section as well as the slime! Im very happy the container acts a storage container for the supplies. Sadly I wouldn't buy this again. The package really should include more than two slices for the amount of Orbeez included as well as some activator or instructions on when you would need it. It did supply about a half hour of fun for them.

Hours of fun

I received this product to try in exchange for my honest review. The kit is fairly big and comes with 5 different types of Premade orbeez, one of which is glow in the dark. My kids found that fascinating as this was the first time they came across them and they are pretty bright in the dark. The kit also comes with two premade slimes. Unboxing the toy was a little challenging as there was a foil seal on the container and it was hard to remove all of it. Once opened, my kids went at it for a good hour mixing and blending the slime and orbeez. My youngest found the slime to be really sticky and not manageable. This is definitely a toy for the kitchen table. The snap on lid is supposed to give an air tight seal so the mixins' don't dry up, however I believe I received a faulty lid as it doesn't snap on tightly and one side remains slightly unlocked. Overall, this toy is definitely a great gift idea for kids and it will keep them busy and entertained for some time. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
