I will be keeping this product in my fridge

I was very excited to find that Our Compliments had a natural line that not only came through on the nutritional spectrum but also on cost, as it was cheaper than even the brand name peanut butters. I found it strange that it is kept in the fridge, but as peanuts are the only ingredient it does make sense, As long as you don't mind mixing before spreading this is a great product!
