absolutely loved it! I have a fairly strict diet because dairy upsets my stomach. This is by far the best protein I have found that doesnt use whey. A little expensive but worth it!

I am always on the look out for a quality Protein Powder that provides nutrition and taste without having fillers like sugar.

This protein powder meets my particular needs in a multitude of ways! I love that the ingredients are simple – Protein Isolate, Stevia, Natural vanilla, and Coconut Oil. No weird chemicals or sugar to make my body react negatively - I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, thus sugar induces me into a mental fog and extreme fatigued state.

This powder has enough servings for about 3 weeks per bag – so just under $3 a drink.

I tried this with water as per directions, and it tasted okay, but I prefer my Protein powders in Soy Milk to give it a fuller taste (and to get a bit extra Calcium into my diet). Once I added it to Milk, the taste was a lot more palatable and personally I did not taste a bad aftertaste. I honestly would not have known that the main protein base was beef isolate, had it not been printed on the bag.

I have also added it to milk and frozen fruit smoothies to give it a bit of a richer taste, and it blended up quite nicely and added to the taste of my weekend post-work out smoothie.

I definitely recommend blending it with a hand blender in order to ensure there are not clumps of the powder left floating at the top. Stirring it by hand leaves some clumps, which is a bit annoying, but I also find this is pretty common with a lot of protein (or any) powders. Alternatively, a martini shaker seems to work well for mixing too!

I have noticed that I am slightly less fatigued after my work outs since adding this to my routine, so I will stick with it for a few months to ensure that it is indeed the powder that has improved my post work out energy levels or not.

Overall, besides the lumpiness, I quite enjoy this protein source, and would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative natural source of super protein to add to their diet.
