its alright but not amazing

I've tried it out and while there is very slight difference in brightness, I'm still not sure if the small difference is worth it but it did feel ok on my skin with minor difference.

Invisible but some flaws: too large so crinkle

Lots of pros and cons to this product. I love how invisible it is on the skin, it was actually difficult to get a photo that clearly showed the patch on my face. It is however larger than I think is ideal, which I understand is supposed to help target multiple spots at once but I find that since our faces move so frequently, large patches like this tend to crinkle or crease or not sit flat properly which makes them less effective. They are also too thin to cut in half but I think that half this size would be the perfect size, it could still target a group of spots but would not crinkle and be as messed up by the movement of my face while wearing it. At the same time I really like how thin they are, it makes them feel less noticeable on my face and overall they are pleasant to wear as they feel a little sticky but not overly so and they feel a bit hydrating while on. The thinness does make them a little trickier to apply than thicker acne patches that I have tried, and I think the too large size also contributes to this. I did not notice any visible results from using them for a few days however I did not have any bad effects and my skin felt nice after using them so perhaps in more time and use the patches would be more visibly effective. Overall though, there are no instantaneous results. I still think this is a good product and is worth a shot if post acne scars or dark spots are a concern of yours, I definitely think that the invisibility of the patches while wearing them is amazing, and you could wear them out or to work without anyone noticing, especially if they are on a part of the face that doesn't move so much, like your forehead—if they are placed by the corner of your mouth the crinkling and stretching as your mouth moves would make the patch a lot more visible.
But for most people this product is likely not worth the money.

its alright

I’ve been using these patches for a few weeks, and while they have helped reduce redness and fade minor dark spots, the results are not as dramatic as I hoped. They work best on smaller blemishes or mild discoloration, but for more stubborn marks, they didn’t make much of a difference. I also found the adhesion to be inconsistent—some patches stayed in place overnight, while others peeled off. Overall, they’re decent for light acne aftercare, but not a complete solution for post-acne marks.

Didn’t really stay on

I felt it was effective it it could have atleast stayed on my face, i am not sure if i did not prep my face properly but I couldn’t get it to stay for the life of me

Lightens dark spots

I received the PanOxyl PM Brightening Patches for free to review, and I think they help in lightening dark spots. These patches feature spot-fading technology and are designed to visibly reduce post-acne marks. After just 10 days, I noticed my marks were visibly lighter and less noticeable. The patches are large enough to cover multiple spots, which I found convenient for treating several areas at once.
I appreciate that the patches are free of parabens, fragrances, latex, and dyes, making them suitable for all skin types, including my own. Overall, I would recommend these patches if you’re looking for a simple and effective way to address post-acne marks and improve your skin’s texture.

Great size, stayed in place

I thought the size of the patches were great, as I could target multiple dark spots with one patch. They stayed in place over night. I used the patches for multiple nights and only saw slight improvement, but I find for dark spot fading you really need consistent usage. In general I think I prefer a daily serum with the same active ingredients, but these patches would be great to use on a very recent dark spot from a pimple to help jumpstart the fading.

Not How I thought it would work

When I received my sample, it came with no directions/no information. Simply the brand name on a package of 4 patches.
Based on the writeup, I thought I was to put it on a patch of already existing blemishes. After wearing it overnight, nothing seemed different. So I went online and found directions on how to use the patches. I applied one patch every night for 3 days (remaining patches) and there was no difference from the first night verses the last day. Not sure if the ingredients weren't on the patch? The one aspect I did like was how close to the skin the patch was and how it bended with the curvature of my skin/body. Yo really didn't even know it was there! It stayed on nice and tight and when I did have a small leakage, it held the moisture in. As a band aid to protect clothing (depending where your breakout is), it worked fantastic! As for clearing my skin, it did not work for me. Perhaps more time with the product is needed.

Panoxyl

I used the panoxyl blemish patches but did not notice any difference in the appearance of my pimple. It went on very easily and was very comfortable, did not cause any itching or burning but did not see any effectiveness.

Has potential

The patches have potential depending on how long you use them and what you're trying to 'brighten'. I received a sample of four patches and I noticed a slight difference on an older acne spot I have, so I hope that longer use helps further. The patches are easy to use and cover a decently large enough area.

PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening Patches

I received the PanOxyl patches for free to try and review. There has to be an ingredient in these patches that I am allergic to. Within a few minutes of having it on my skin it was itchy. I managed to fall asleep so that was good. Once I removed it in the A.M. I noticed right away that I had a triangle shape on my skin. I tried to add all 4 of my pictures but it would only accept one. So I posted the last picture which was after I washed my face. You can clearly still see a triangle on my face, even after I did my makeup I could still a triangle shape. It did dissapear later on in the morning. It did do it's job but for myself personally I wouldn't purchase these at all.
I tried to add my review to the shoppers Drug Mart page but there is no option to review....
