Did nothing

The product did not fade the spot at all. I followed the instructions precisely, yet there was no change. It was comfortable and discreet in use. My expectation was that it would be effective on brown spots. I remain hopeful that others have had positive outcomes with red spots or pimple scars.

Did not find effective

I was very excited to try this product to lighten up an acne spot on my face and unfortunately it did not work for me. There have been plenty of good reviews for this product so maybe it’s just my skin that did not react well to it but I found it made no difference at all after wearing overnight.

Not effective

After using the provided samples of PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening Patches, there was no visible difference to the acne. There were new pimples during the tral & no difference was made to existing pimples.

Not the best for moderate acne

I have dealt with acne in various stages for 30 years and it has calmed down a bit, but I still get some break outs. I was hoping this would help when I had a couple of pimples pop up recently. I followed directions and kept them on while I slept. Unfortunately there was zero change in the morning :(

Disappointing results

I received a free sample of the PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening Patches and I was very excited to be able to try this product. I have adult acne and scarring because I also pick my skin, and I had the perfect scar to test it on. I will say the patches are very easy to use, and once placed were totally not noticeable on my skin.

I received 4 patches but the product says to expect results after 10 days so I'm not sure I had enough to give a fully fair review. I kept each patch on for two days to give it the best chance of working. Unfortunately, my scar looks the same after use of the patches, there was no noticeable change to the shape, size or colour of the scar.

Since the product was not at all effective for me, I cannot recommend this product.

Did not do much

This product did not do anything for me when having a breakout I used all 4 patches and was not impressed with the outcome. I would not recommend this item in the future to be honest.

Not impressed

I only received three in an envelope .. I presumed I was receiving a whole package?not very impressed, but at least they sent three to test out……………….

It didn’t suit my skin.

I have redness on my face where I applied the adhesive. Also, it didn’t come out of the packaging easily, and it was difficult to remove from my face as well. I was really scared it wouldn’t come off at all.

Not for me

I was excited to be chosen for testing PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening Patches. I occasionally when needed use pimple patches but haven’t tried a post-pimple patch to use to correct dark spots.
The good:
I appreciate the thoughtfulness in packaging with hygienic envelopes and tear away strips for easy patch applications. The size of the patches is a nice feature in a triangle size so you can target specific two or three points in an areas vs a typical circle.
The bad:
I had 4 patches for my trial and wanted to target two areas for two nights to help improve my skins tone. Unfortunately by the afternoon before night two I had pimples forming in both of the patch areas. I discontinued use in one of two areas because out the unwanted outcome. I carried out the remaining 2 nights in one of the areas. But the end of my trial I had more pimples in this range area than there normally would which did not provide a great experience. The patches do contain the ingredients Styrene/Isoprene Copolymer, Hydrogenated Poly (C6-20 Olefin), Cellulose Gum, Polyisobutene, Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate. Most of these ingredients are not in my skincare routine which likely caused the breakouts.
