These are okay, but there are better ones

I do think that these work, but I've used ones that are more effective. I wish Panoyxl would come out with the ones that have the "Teeth" on them. Those work faster than the Panoyxl ones. These are also only good for pustule acne where you can see the little white centre of the acne. Personally, a majority of my acne is under the skin so these would need to sit on for 2 days on my face to draw out the centre of the pimple to the top layer of the skin.

Worked just as well as the life brand

This product works just as well as the life brand. I also found they are a little bit harder to get off the paper to use them. If they were in sale for a better price then the life brand i would buy these

Not for me!

Unfortunately the Overnight Spot Patches didn’t work for me after several attempts. I have slightly sensitive skin and the patches made the area where they were applied itchy, every time. After wearing them despite the itchiness there wasn’t any noticeable difference. The packaging for the patches also wasn’t great, the package itself sealed in is sticky on both sides and the patches often came off on the wrong side making it ineffective once applied on my skin.

Didn’t do much

I gave it to my teen daughter who is 15, and unfortunately it didn’t make a difference when it came to getting rid of or even shrinking the size of the pimple. I was unfortunately so disappointed in it because I love many other products they offer so I had high hopes.

Overnight panocxyl patch

I have been looking forward to trying these patches for a long time now, and well, I do enjoy the fact that camouflage any red spots or pimples, I didn’t find that they worked as great as I expected them to in just one night. Realistically it took about 3 applications a to get the result I was looking for! Would still recommend for the price!

Good product but needs better effectiveness

The product itself is good, and the packaging is amazing, but its effectiveness wasn't the best I was hoping for, as after I used the provided patches, no effect was visible.

Not as effective as I hoped

I tried this overnight on a new pimple I had coming on. While it reduce the size and redness of it a little bit, it wasn’t nearly as effective as I had hoped it would be.

Decent Zit Patches, But Not Always Effective

I tried these overnight zit patches, and they worked about half the time for me. The positive side is that they blended well with my skin and had a nice texture, making them comfortable to wear. However, the results were inconsistent—effective on one occasion, but didn’t make much difference the next time.

Great product- not for me

I recently tried out the Panoxyl Overnight Spot patches. I can see how effective the product is, however, I have very sensitive skin. With that being said, my pimple was significantly smaller the next morning but it did leave my skin a bit irritated. I am not sure if it is worth it for me. I don't suffer from horrible acne, or very regular episodes of it either. For the smaller occasional pimple, I would consider using these again. I received this product for free from Butterly, for testing and review purposes.

I like it!

I tried Panoxyl overnight patches because I tend to get acne and have some dark spots. After the first night I didn’t notice a huge difference but I’m willing to try this a few more nights to determine its effectiveness. It was easy to apply and stayed on all night long.
