Mildly effective

This product does help decrease severe acne a little when used regularly over an extended period of time. It does not help improve visible results instantly or in a night.

Panoxyl

Works, but leaves the spot red and skin weak. Be careful for a couple of days with what you do. It does get most of the junk out of your skin, use as directed and you should be fine.

Worked Ok

I was sent this product to try and was excited to test it out. So far I’ve used it twice and it does seem to help clear up the acne spots, it still leaves quite a mark in the morning where I was expecting a smoother look.

Not magical

It was a good product and helped a little bit, however compared to other brands I’ve tried I wouldn’t say it’s the best. Depending on the price of the product I might buy again, but wouldn’t be my go to.

Didn’t work much on me

It didn’t work much of me, I have a combination skin and it was like drying out bad so I think some one with good skin should try it than my oily skin

Blends in well but not a miracle fix

I love that these spot patches blend so well into the skin, you can barely tell they’re there, and they’re great for deterring touching or picking. I even forgot I had one on and worked out with it; it stayed on through sleep and exercise without budging. That said, I didn’t notice a major improvement in the blemish itself. They didn’t make things worse, but I can’t say they made a significant difference either. They’re okay, but I still personally prefer a different approach for active breakouts.

Didn’t work overnight

It didn’t work overnight for me but by the third day, the acne had dried up. I love that it comes in different sizes as well, to target different zit sizes.

They stick on well, but ...

The PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches are circular matte patches that come in 2 sizes. They do not have any active ingredient in them. They work by absorbing the fluid from the pimple into the hydrocolloid layer. I tried using them overnight on medium size pimples. They did a good job at sticking on all night long, but did not absorb the pimple fluid. When I removed the patch in the morning, the pimple was still intact. I was expecting a higher level of absorption because the hydrocolloid layer is thicker than my usual pimple patches. I heard amazing things about these patches and I'm wondering if maybe the absorption wasn't great because I applied the patch after applying my moisturizer. I am willing to try these again. Next time I'll make sure my skincare is completely absorbed into my skin before applying them on.

Basically a bandaid

Yes it does help prevent you from picking your pimple, but in terms of healing and effectiveness it doesn't really do much. It's basically a bandaid and I would not purchase this. I only gave it 3 stars as it does prevent picking which is advertised I would rather purchase a cream to dry out and heal the pimple.

Not for me

I got the opportunity to try this product for free. I used this product for 5 days and unfortunately there's no difference from when i started.

This product is not for me.

It is great in that it is clear and barely noticeable on the skin once applied. You do not feel it and easy to remove in the morning.
