Prevents touching
The patches were great for preventing touching and picking any spots that popped up on my face! It was sticky enough that I could wear it through the night without worrying about falling off. These are also really great for keeping the area clean to prevent any further infecting. However I did not find that it necessarily pulled any fluid out or actually helped reduce the size of the spot.

Best pimple patches
I received the PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches for free in exchange for my honest review. Overnight Spot Patches
I recently had the opportunity to try PanOxyl Overnight Spot patches, and was pleased with the results. After applying and using overnight on a few blemishes/pimples I noticed a reduction in size and redness. These patches are thicker than my go to ones, but thinner than some popular brands. It can be a bit finicky to apply, but they are very adhesive and remain sticky overnight, so there is no need to worry about them falling off. These might not be my go to spot patches, but are worthy of second place in my beauty supply drawer.

Pimple Be Gone – These Patches Work Wonders
The PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches work amazingly! I didn’t have much of a breakout when testing them, but my husband volunteered—and wow, the results were so satisfying. All the pus from his pimple was gone by morning. It’s such an impressive product!
He also uses the PanOxyl Foaming Wash, and together, they make a powerful duo. For us, the patches worked like a charm.

Effective but strong adhesive
I was impressed by the effectiveness of these patches. I found the adhesive enough so they stuck to the skin but left no sticky residue over my spots or on my face in the morning. Magical Patch
