Patches work good and stay on well! I did find that they worked better if you poke a hole in the pimple first though. Thankfully they arrived on the day that I had 4 massive and painful pimples show up but after applying these patches they reduced in size and all the soreness went away within a couple of hours. I’d definitely buy these again!

These pimple patches actually work great. I use them overnight to help with my acne. They’re clear so you can’t see them. I forgot I even had it on when I got in the shower. I’d recommend these they’re good and affordable.

Best Spot Patches I Have Used

I received a free sample of the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches from Butterly, and I’m seriously impressed. After applying one to clean skin before bed, I woke up to see it had turned white, proof that it pulled out a lot of oil. Even more impressive, the pimple had noticeably gone down in size, especially since it wasn’t fully surfaced yet. I’ve tried other patches before that didn’t do much, but these made a clear difference overnight. They’re thin, stay in place, and actually work. If you're looking for something effective and easy to use, these patches are definitely worth trying.

Pimple overnight magic!

These overnight pimple patches are a favourite for me and my teenage daughter. When I got a free sample to test, we were both very happy! They work so well, easy to use, and a bit enjoyable to take off the next morning to see what it removed from your skin.

Got rid of my pimple overnight!

I had a pimple that was starting to get noticeable, so I put on on when I went to bed. When I woke up, the area was less red and was flattened! I really liked how invisible it was too.

First try seems great!

Tried these for the first time and there was a significant decrease in redness and swelling. Comfortable, easy to use. Two different sizes come on the sheet, which is handy. Will use again!

These work so well!

I was not expecting such fast results from these PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches!

They're so simple to use. You just peel one of the clear, round patches off the sheet, stick it to your face where you notice a spot breaking out and go to sleep! In the morning, remove the patch and check out the difference!

I personally noticed clearer skin immediately in some cases, while a bigger blemish may take an extra day or so. I'm also thankful that the patches are so discreet; I took my son to school one morning and forgot to remove them! Thankfully no one seemed to notice them, though I also didn't have to make much eye contact with anyone that day!

This is absolutely a product I'll be going out to buy again soon. I highly recommend them!
