PanOxyl Pimple Patch: My Overnight Breakout Fix
I tried the PanOxyl Pimple Patches and honestly… they’re my new SOS kit. 🙌 They stick well, even overnight, and the hydrocolloid really pulls out all the gunk (gross but satisfying 😅). I love that they’re clear enough to wear during the day and don’t irritate my skin. Perfect for those “I can feel it coming” moments — by morning, my blemish is flatter and less angry.

Barely there
I’ve been wanting to try these patches and loved them! Not just for overnight. You can barely tell they are on. I wore it out to stop me from touching. And what a difference it made to my pimple. When left on overnight, barely there in the morning.

Favourite Pimple Patches!
Where were these when I was a teen? After trying MANY different brands, I fell in love with the PanOxyl Spot Patches! Overnight they manage to suck up all the gross pimple pus, leaving them way easier to cover up and a lot less painful.
I’ve even found they are helpful with brining pimples to a head faster, speeding up the entire healing process. Other pimple patches I’ve tried keep me from picking at the spots (I’m awful for that), but the medication in these actually treats the pimples much better, shrinking the spots.
Where pimple healing is concerned? The faster they are gone? The better!

I love these patches so much, I get occasional breakouts and find that if I put a patch on before bed I wake up with almost no evidence of yesterday's zit. I find they work best when you pop the zit first- if you just put it over top the patch wont be able to do as much. These are super easy to use and make such a difference

They really work
As a 23-year-old dealing with sudden breakouts, I’ve found PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches to be surprisingly effective—they really do shrink pimples and reduce redness by morning. They’re gentle on my sensitive skin, never cause irritation, and stick well all night (unlike other brands that fall off). The patches are clear and discreet enough for day use, plus the price is totally reasonable for a student budget. I just wish they were a little thinner—they feel bulky if I wear one out, and sometimes the adhesive leaves a sticky residue that needs extra cleansing. Still, for regular surface pimples, these have made handling unexpected breakouts a lot easier, and I’d definitely recommend them to other girls my age looking for quick help with spots.

It wasnt the greatest but maybe because my acne wasnt so severe. Overall i didnt feel anything bad from it. I guess there is no harm using it. Price is ok.

Panoxyl patches
Panoxyl patches really works, it helped from picking the pimple and reduced redness overnight. Great product overall. Worth it and will definitely try again.

Not what I expected
When I read overnight spot patches I was under the assumption that they would work overnight… but that is not what happened, I honestly didn’t see any improvement at all to be totally honest.

Very effective
The PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches have quickly become one of my favorite skincare essentials. They’re thin, clear, and stick extremely well, even through a full night’s sleep. By morning, you can actually see the patch has absorbed excess oil and fluid, leaving the pimple flatter and less red.
