My Post-Hot-Sauce Savior

Let me start with the fact that I love spicy food. I'm the kind of person who thinks ghost pepper sauce is a fun Saturday activity and considers numb lips a badge of honor. Unfortunately, my skin doesn’t share this enthusiasm. Every time I indulge in a heat-fueled food marathon, my face breaks out like it's trying to express regret on my behalf. Enter: PanOxyl Spot Patches – the unsung heroes of my post-chili chaos.

After my latest run-in with some nuclear-level kimchi and a habanero ramen combo (a choice I do not regret but definitely paid for), I woke up the next morning with fiery regrets not just in my stomach but on my face. Red, inflamed blemishes—mostly around the jawline and chin, my personal “spice splash zone.” I popped on a few of these PanOxyl patches before bed, hoping for the best but expecting mediocrity.

Overnight Magic

This product really helped me with pop up acne pimples overnight! I put these on fresh out the shower with clean skin and pop one of to each pimple and it helps me prevent picking (to keep it clean) and also soaks up any overnight secretions that may come out. I always wake up with a clearer complexion the next morning.

Maybe effective?

I was able to trial the Panoxyl Overnight patches having never used patches for acne before. I don’t break out often, however, whenever I do get a pimple, I get a pigmented scar. I trialled the patches on an older and a newer pimple, and unfortunately did not see any difference all after using for several days.

The patches were effective in preventing me from picking at the pimple and protecting the area from dirt and oil. I did like how they come in two sizes for different sized pimples.

I’ve been told that they should be used on whiteheads only, so may give the product a second chance!

The PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches are definitely my new go-to! I'm seriously impressed with these pimple patches! They were gentle yet effective. I put one on a pimple and by the morning the redness had significantly decreased, and it was noticeably smaller. As someone who struggles with picking, this patch was a game changer and it stopped me from touching it. I also love how subtle it is and that it comes in 2 different sizes. Easy to use

PanOxyl patches are honestly a real find. I get pimples from time to time, especially right before important events 😩 So I decided to try these patches because I had heard good reviews.
I applied one overnight in the morning, the inflammation had gone down, and some pimples even “deflated” completely. It’s super convenient that they stick well and don’t come off while you sleep. And they don’t dry out the skin like some acid-based products do.
I wouldn’t call it magic, but it really helps.
