This little patch changed my routine

I was skeptical, but wow — slept with @panoxyl's overnight patches and woke up to smoother, clearer skin. Total game-changer for my confidence! I peeled one off, gently pressed it onto a stubborn spot before bed, and barely noticed it was there — the patch felt soft and breathable. By morning, the redness had faded and the bump looked way less angry. It was such a relief to see my skin looking calm instead of inflamed, like it got a full night's rest too.

These are okay, but there are better ones

I do think that these work, but I've used ones that are more effective. I wish Panoyxl would come out with the ones that have the "Teeth" on them. Those work faster than the Panoyxl ones. These are also only good for pustule acne where you can see the little white centre of the acne. Personally, a majority of my acne is under the skin so these would need to sit on for 2 days on my face to draw out the centre of the pimple to the top layer of the skin.

Didn’t work for me

I don’t get many breakouts but one of those days I filled am with breakouts . I tested these PanOxyl overnight pimple patches. I used them all But Unfortunately I didn’t see any difference at all.

They did not calm down my pimples neither removed any white discharge . I really wanted them to work as they come in handy and avoid touching or popping them.

Sticks well and easy to use

I’ve been using the PanOxyl blemish patches lately and they’re easy to use, and they do stay on overnight. They help flatten out those annoying pimples and keep me from picking, which is a win in itself. I’ve even worn them during the day when I’m just at home. I wouldn’t say they make spots disappear instantly, but they definitely help speed things up.

Overnight Spot patches doing the magic

I was genuinely impressed by PanOxyl's Overnight Spot Patches. I applied one to a stubborn pimple before bed and by morning, the inflammation had visibly reduced. The patch stayed on all night without peeling off and was completely invisible under my sleep mask. It’s gentle on the skin and doesn’t cause dryness or irritation like some acne treatments.

Here today, gone tomorrow

As a menopausal woman, there are still times that I will get a dreaded pimple out of nowhere. I was impressed with how quickly these worked vs others I have tried from friends/my kids in the past. Put one on at night, and in the morning things will be as good as new!

Love these!

These are the best Spot Patches I have ever used! I have very stubborn pimples around my chin and I always have the urge to pop and pick at them which results in scarring and more pimples but these keep the area covered and clean. I also love how you can see the results over night and they just blend right into the skin so nobody can even tell you're wearing them. I recommend!

Tiny little miracle patches

I don’t have a huge acne problem but I do have combination skin and will occasionally get a pimple, I so happened to get one that I felt growing and it was causing me so much discomfort but haven’t peaked to the surface of the skin yet, so I placed one of these on and left it on overnight, I kid you not by the morning it was ready to pop. While peeling off the patch the pimple actually popped so I would consider this product a hit!
