My new favorite prepared salad.

I dont always have time to prepare a lunch for work. When I don't I want prepared food that tastes good. The PG (Plaisirs Gastronomiques) brand is one of my favorites and this salad is absolutely delicious. Not only that but it's pleasing to the eye because of the array of color from the red and green peppers and corn. It contains small cubes of chicken breast. Although it is store boughten it has a homemade taste. Last time I had this I accompanied it with Portuguese chicken and vegetables and it was such a satisfying meal. Not to mention its it of protein per serving.
