New Horizon
The figure is nicely detailed with some replaceable faces and hands. Different faces offer expressions and paint schemes you can get in the game. Different hands allow her to hold her different weapons or nothing at all. She easily stands on her own with no fuss and can be posed in different positions. The material feels good and looks sharp with nice detail.
Great paint job
I am received this action figure from Butterly and PlayStation as part of The Shapes Collection and my genuine review. The detail is spot-on—his Nora gear and braids look ripped from the PS5 game, posing him with his hefty axe is super fun. It’s sturdy and looks killer on my shelf. I would rate it 4 out of 5.
Accurate figure, a little difficult to pose
The figure is very accurate to the character model for the price, with pretty good articulation. You’re able to detach and reattach most of the items it comes with, although slightly disappointing you can’t detach the quiver and scabbard, or remove the sword from the scabbard. Posing is a little difficult, but once you get a pose it looks good, but is difficult to stand without a base. 6/10

I thought this was a neat set up. I've never seen PlayStation making figurines. I received Horizon's Vari.
The whole ordeal was really cool and my kids love it. I do, however, have a complaint with the packaging. It was SO difficult to remove Vari from the packaging. Also, getting his sword and other hands in the figurine weren't an easy task as well.
All in all, I was quite happy with this figurine I received for free from Butterly in return for my honest opinion.
Good Action Figure
OMG, I received this beautiful Horizon Forbidden West (Nora Valiant Armor Action Figure) for review. This Nora Valiant Armor Action Figure amazingly detailed and well-made collectible for fans of the game. The figure captures Aloy’s look in her Nora Valiant armor with great accuracy, featuring fine details and good paintwork. It has decent articulation, allowing for some dynamic poses, though movement may be a bit limited in certain areas. The accessories included add to the play or display value.
Overall, it’s a solid figure for collectors and Horizon fans who want a high-quality representation of Aloy in this outfit. My kid is loving this. I thanks
Good Collectible
Received this free to try and review and it seems like a great collectible figurine for those that are interested in this particular video game. My son wasn’t exactly familiar with this one but he is going to put it with his other gaming collectible items and display it in his room!
Solid Figure!
Pretty impressed with Varl, actually! He covers all the aesthetic bases of the character, albeit with a slightly flat and glossy look. The level of detail is quite good, and perhaps just needs a bit of shading to really pop. Overall looks great on a shelf with other figures. Varl doesn't skimp on pose-ability, either:
- Arms have nice range with some decent butterfly hinges
- Legs are great - albeit a little hindered by Varl's clothing, though not a big deal - and the feet have some solid ankle rockers
- Torso movement is pretty outstanding - forward ab crunch is good, and Varl can lean much further back than I was expecting
You can get Varl into a wide range of casual poses, which, again, are only a little hindered by his clothes. Appreciate the smoothness of the joints, which are sometimes a little too stiff on western figures. Also appreciate that most of his clothes are made of flexible rubber, which downplays just how much he's hindered. If you can think of a pose, Varl can probably get into it. (Though you might need a stand for anything outlandish.)
Varl could probably use some more accessories - he only comes with an extra pair of hands and an axe, and the sword at his waist can't be removed from the scabbard - but on the whole he's more than satisfactory if you're a fan of Horizon: Forbidden West, or just the six-inch range of figures in general. He now has me interested in Spin Masters as a brand, and I'll probably look into some of their other Playstation figures. (Looking at you, Jin Sakai.)
