I was disappointed in this item. Unlike the other reviewers here, I felt this product didn't make a difference in how long my bread was fresh and dried it out a bit. The other annoyance is the 'breadboard' included. It does not extend along with the bread keeper, meaning it can't be used as a chopping board unless your bread is comically small.

Way too much money for something that is plastic, cracks easily and does not do the job.
