Prodiem is an natural laxitive and I found it works really great. I took one and no problem you can take up to two at once but do wait afew hours in between taking one. I like that it is all natural and it gently works on you, you do not get those cramps that I had from trying other laxitives. I am so happy I found Prodiem. Well worth the price. Which is not to bad.
