I purchased this pre-workout after it was recommended from staff at GNC. After taking it, I did not find that it gave me any extra energy before my workout. This one came in capsule form, and at the end of the day I had heart flutters and felt weak and dizzy. I stopped taking these as this was not the effect I wished to have.
