Rubik fun game!

As soon as my son saw this Rubik puzzle strategy game he squealed with delight. Saying he was just looking at these online. Kids set it up right away and have played a few times with it this week. You shake the metallic dice and have to match the pattern on dice the fastest by shuffling the game pieces like those square puzzles I always got as a kid in the 90’s. My son can’t solve Rubik cubes that are 3*3 or bigger so this was a challenge for him and I as we can never get the last piece in the right place. My daughter can though so son hasn’t wanted to play against her much, haha. Great mental game.

Fun for the entire Family

We had a ton of fun playing this game and versing each other. My house consists of adults and young teens. The concept is simple and easy to understand yet playing can be challenging at times. Excited to play with other friends in the future. If it was designed a little differently and the pieces weren’t loose this would be an incredible travel/car/airplane game!!

Cool game, kids like it

Its a different take on the rubiks cube that is interesting and makes the kids think. At first they wondered how it would actually work out but after playing it they loved it.

Great game but could be improved

The concept of this game is fun! All kinds of age groups can enjoy this game. The colours of the squares are a vibrant metallic which look great!
The only thing I’d change about this game is the metallic squares which are just placed on each side. I think it would be better as a sliding track that they snap into. It would be very easy for the kids to lose or misplace squares the way it is so we have placed the pieces into ziplock bags to store them so they don’t get lost.

Great Game for Developing Minds...

I'm all for the occasional kids game that provides hours of mindless entertainment (even as an adult, I need some myself from time to time - lol), but when you're able to design a game that's simple in concept, yet simultaneously challenges a child's mind and physical dexterity, then you're onto something that will be invaluable in a child's persona development. Add to that the fact that it's within everyone's budget and has virtual endless replayability, simply by changing the pattern of the solution, and it's a win-win for parents and kids alike.

Fantastic strategy game for the whole family

This game is amazing! It's perfect for the whole family! Simple enough to understand with straight forward color instructions. Kids (8 & 10) and adults can't get enough! Makes your mind work and just when you think you'll never get that one last piece, it slides into place and you soon!

Great thinking game

This is a great game especially for those who like to play with Rubiks cubes. Gor the whole family involved trying to win. Gets you thinking but is not too challenging that the young ones cant join in. Cant wait to play this with the family again!

Rubik's Metallic Edition Classic

My Son and I played it over and over for hours it was extremely fun to play, you had to be fast paced , such a great game to teach strategy you have to really pay attention to it.

Fun for everyone

#familyratedclub sent me the Rubicks Race game for free to try out and it's a great little game. My husband, my 10 yr old daughter and I have been playing together for the past couple days and the games go quick which is nice so we started doing tournaments best out of 5 or best out of 7 to make them go longer. The game is easily assembled and easy enough to play with all ages. Can see this game being a regular game we play.

What a fun brain-stimulating game for older kids!

I received the Rubick's Metallic Edition Classic Fast-Paced Puzzle Strategy Sequence Two Player Board Game for FREE to review for my kids. I ended up playing with my 10 yr old daugthter and attempted with my 6 yr old daughter. At first, the setup was a bit confusing but the instructions helped me get it set up. My daughter who is 10 would not have had the patience or ability to quickly put it together so I assisted. There seems to be a lot of loose parts and pieces and we tend to lose these things when put back into the box for later play, so maybe if it came with a reusable pouch or plastic box where all the pieces can be put back inside for ease of storage, would be a great idea. Aside from all the pieces and having to set it up each time when we want to play which can be tedious, we found the actual concept of the game to be really unique and challenging in a good way. It was definitely fun for me and my 10 year old found it amusing too because it was definitely a brain-stimulating game. I loved it as much as my 10 year old daughter did! She and I would definitely play it again.
