Works but is Messy

I do think the drops themselves work when you can actually get them in. They seemed to help loosen congestion and made a difference once they were used properly.

That said, I found it really difficult to use on a small child. It’s hard to keep them still long enough to safely squeeze drops into their nose without them moving or getting upset, which made the whole process stressful. I was also a bit worried about them choking if they suddenly moved.

I honestly wish this came in an aerosol spray format instead, as I think it would be much easier and quicker to use on little ones.

Overall, effective product, but the application method makes it challenging with babies or toddlers.

Salinex infant drops

The Salinex Nasal drops for infants and Children is good but for the age of my son the packaging propose is not the best option. My son is under 2 year old and using drops are not the best option for nasal cleaning.

Same as others

I used this on my 5 month old as well as my 5 year old. It worked, however I did not see any difference between this one or other brands . I would buy it if it was cheaper than other

Did not work for my son

This product did not work for my son. He had a really stuffed up nose and this product did not help at all. His pediatrician had to recommend other products for us to use

Solution works but applicator is too big

Initially opening the bottle was hard. It got stuck and I had to use a scissor. The applicator itself was a little too big to fit inside my daughter’s nose and she is 11 months old. The liquid I was able to get into her nose helped with clearing the mucus in her nose. If they make the applicator smaller I would buy this product.

Effective but horrible application

I have a very dry nose, all year round, but especially in winter so I tried this on myself alongside my kids. My nose gets so dry and sensitive, that I’m constantly using cotton swabs and an ointment to provide relief.

The dropper application is horrible. A spray would be MUCH more effective at administering this product. On myself, it wasn’t bad, but I’d still prefer a spray.

I was able to use this with my 2.5 and 4.5 year old kids. It was tricky with my younger one, but we got it sorted out. My 4.5 year old said that his nose didn’t feel as dry.

I did notice a difference when using this. It was very soothing and really helped with the dryness and sensitivity of my nose.

I wouldn’t purchase this or recommend solely on the packaging. If this was a spray or had a different application method, I’d be all over it! This just isn’t practical, especially on kids.

Great solution but baby wouldn’t let me try it

I’ve been using Saline products for a while with being a mom of 6 but my baby doesn’t like anything going in or on his nose so it was a bit hard to try it out to see if there was a difference with his breathing throughout the night. I’d definitely try it again in the future!

Not for me

I’m sure it is a great product, but having to hold down a toddler to put the dropper up their nose is like holding down an alligator. I think I prefer the nasal mist, while not fool proof, it’s quicker and a tad easier.

Great to use

When I used it on my grandkids it made a big difference
They both had running noses and the next day it slowed right down
It may be uncomfortable for it to go up the nose but it’s so worth it cause it works great

Not sure if it works

The saline solution is good for children 3 weeks old to two years of age. As such, I find it difficult to believe that anyone could get their child that age to blow their nose before and after administering the solution. Aside from that, the dropper is convenient to use and pulls up enough liquid for doing both nostrils simultaneously. My 10 month old did not squirm and was not upset when I gave her a few drops per nostril. I presume she ended up swallowing the solution.

I am unsure how well it works to keep her nasal passages healthy and clear so I will trust science
