Feels good as a balm but no plump

This made my lips super soft and kept them hydrated but no plump.

My lips a pretty full already but compared to the effectiveness of too faced it fell short. It tingled a bit when I put it on so I thought it was working but alas it didn't give me a bigger or better pout.

It's pretty pricey for just a balm that doesn't plump.
