I really love adding Silk Vanilla Almond milk to my smoothies in the morning (almond milk, banana, greek yogurt, ground flax seed usually), or even drinking it straight. It's also a great milk to make hot chocolate with, and I find it cuts down the bitterness of my coffee. While I'm not lactose - intolerant, I prefer the nutty taste of almond milk, and it feels healthier (even though the Vanilla flavour is not as good for you as the unflavoured, which I also buy time to time).

A bit smoother than blue diamond and the price is right. There are coupons out there for this product as well.
