Super yummy bread !

As someone who bakes all our bread & bread products in our home, this flour made such a different but yummy bread! It took me a few tries to get it perfect, but I ended up being a huge fan!

I prefer whole wheat and whole grain foods

The taste was wonderful, the texture was fine like other flours and was very easy to use in my recipe. I was making a recipe that involved chocolate but a healthy variation. This fits in well as a substitute because I'm not partial to white bread or white flour items.

Great Alternative

I usually do my own pancake mix since it is cheaper and I have the pantry ingredients. Trying out this Sixteen grain noticed that it is a healthier version of flour. So scared that it may not taste the same or something wrong will happen but surprisingly good. My husband usually eats 4-5 pancakes and I guess it is healthier and my kids love it too. I will continue using this also will try some other recipes. Love that it is Canadian made.

Canadian made wheat flour

We received this product for free to provide an honest review of it. Product is Canadian made, with Canadian sourced ingredients, sixteen grains is a great company based out of Saskatchewan.
Tried making a traditional type toast bread which was simple and came out better than expected. Would highly recommend this product and they also make other types of flours for pizza and I believe muffins. If you want simple one ingredient flour without being bleached this one's for you.
