I hate this delivery service

I really dislike how much commission Uber Ears collects from restaurants but the other options in comparison are just so bad, skip the dishes being the worst. Every single time I’ve ordered, it’s taken half an hour longer for my food than the original estimated time, and twice it’s happen that they’ve either brought it to the wrong building or left it in the lobby and it was stolen. It doesn’t help that there is no way to contact the driver if you see them driving too far or they leave the food in the wrong place. It’s cheaper for sure but having lost my food twice and the added delivery time is not worth it at all.
