Actually taste like birthday cake

My sister found these on sale for 0.50 cents a box at Loblaws one time. She bought a whole bunch of them. We were not sure what to expect but when we tried them, they were delicious. I feel this granola bar actually has a vanilla birthday cake flavor. The granola making up the bottom is brought together by honey so it has an extra sweetness. The top is a vanilla icing and little chocolate sprinkles. The icing and chocolate add a nice sweetness. When I think of birthday cake I think of vanilla flavoring, sweetness and maybe some crunch. All these elements come through in this granola bar. They are great for snack!

These are one of my favorite granola bars, and I have tried a lot of granola bars! These bars are chewy with the added crunch of sprinkles and oats. The bars have a surprisingly strong vanilla cake flavor, and the chewiness adds to the vanilla cake experience. The bars are primary oat based, from looking at them. They are sweet and tasty. There is icing drizzled on top of the bar, which adds to the sweetness and the cake flavor. Even for those who are not a fan of oats, I think they would still enjoy these as the vanilla cake flavor dominates the oat flavor. You can find these bars at Loblaws or Wal Mart. They often go on sale.
