You don't have to suffer!

Even though I know certain foods affect my digestive system, sometimes it's hard to resist - especially if I'm eating out, at a family gathering, or on a special occasion. In those cases where I find bloating and gas after a meal this is helpful to reduce the discomfort. The only thing to take notice of is the timing, I make sure to take it a couple hours before or after any other medications or supplements - and it's not a long term fix, but a once in a while type thing!

Easy to take when you are feeling discomfort after a heavy meal. Works well nice and convenient packaging. I heard about charcoal tablets being good. But I never took one before! Now it’s my go to product

Personally it did nothing

I had high hopes for this and often look for natural remedies. Personally it had zero benefits whatsoever. Not saying it doesnt work just that everyone might have a different experience.

Helps with my tummy issues

I’m a girlie with stomach issues and usually after big meals, I’ll be bloated and have the burps/gas. These charcoal capsules helped with those issues and I would have them on hand with me when I knew I’d be eating a big meal. I would feel much better after taking them and I will definitely be making them a part of my daily routine!

Helpful for sure

Swiss Natural has some super effective charcoal capsules that aid in reducing bloating and gas. Two capsules after eating to help with that overstuffed feeling as well. My partner said it helped calm stomach activity. One thing I dislike is the black dust residue on fingers or anywhere capsules touch. Aside from that, greatly recommend to help with bloating or gas.

These blew my mind

I was waiting to use this as I sometime get very gassy after eating. I was really amazed no bloating, no gas, no pain with 30 minutes of taking. I was super impressed and will definitely be in my medicine cabinet.

I find a product made a difference when I felt uncomfortable after eating a large meal. It usually would kick in within a half hour to an hour post meal sometimes I would forget to take them but most of the time if I’m aware of how uncomfortable I am, I know that I have them available.
