Better than expected

I was so grateful to receive this product free in return for my honest review right before Christmas! I always get gassy and bloated after a big meal. I took two Swiss Naturals activated Charcoal tabs right after Christmas dinner and was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently they worked. They did not cause any additional stomach upset and my gas and bloating were so much better than typical for me. I am so pleased to see these are made with natural ingredients. I will take them with me whenever I’m going out to eat to prevent the gas and bloating I typically get.

Effective and safe!

I have tried Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal Capsules for two weeks and very pleased with the results. Having always suffered from stomach issues, especially bloating (post menapause), and poor digestion after restaurant meals, so there are few products I have not tried! Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal was new to me, and I found it easy to take 2 capsules after a meal. There is no odour, they are easy to swallow and no after taste. The capsules are black, but did not stain fingers or clothing. I noticed within a few hours that my stomach was not extended and no heavy 'full' feeling. The product is made from 100% coconut-sourced activated charcoal, so I felt it was safe to use and no negative side effects in the past two weeks. I am certain, after my trial run with Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal Capsules that it has improved my slow digestive system and will now be my 'go-to' remedy after meals. Excellent relief

I found this product to work perfect especially during the holiday season with so much eating of different kinds of foods. I tend to get bloated when I have big meals like that and this provided me instant relief.

No more uncomfortable stomach issues

At first I was a bit skeptical but after the second time trying it worked and my uncomfortable stomach digestion issues were going away.When I eat certain foods my stomach gets bloated gasy and very uncomfortable where it hurts.Then comes the bathroom issues quickly afterwards which were not pleasant.
I took them before I ate and it seem to settle the unpleasant things that happen after I finish a meal.My sensitivity to food that are spicy or have vinegar or dairy.
I am going to buy this produce again as it works and I feel better taking it.

A good alternative when other products not availab

I tried taking activated charcoal for upset stomach and bloating and found it not as effective as I had hoped. It did help a little but I would prefer to take something else that I find gives better results.

Great for bloating

This product is great for bloating and really alleviates the uncomfortable feeling after eating. I use it almost everyday and it really reduced my stomach and felt thinner as well. Also more comfortable and less gas throughout the day. Easy to take and not a big pill to swallow. And no taste which is nice.
