These charcoal capsules worked very fast. I have a sensitive stomach and I get bloated and gassy after eating certain foods. Took two pills and within ten minutes I felt so much better. I keep these in my purse for when I eat at restaurants. Definitely recommend!

I have always had a bad memory when it comes to taking supplements and vitamins.

This is my first time trying activated charcoal capsules and honestly speaking, I felt a major difference after taking them. Surprisingly , It really helped reduce my bloating, and I felt more comfortable during the day. I took it twice a day, both in the morning and at night before bed for starters, and it was easy to add to my routine. I didn’t have or experience any side effects, and it actually helped me sleep better too.
