Great for digestion!

These charcoal capsules are a winner, easy to use after you’ve eaten something that makes you feel bloated or unwell. These days that is a lot of the time, so it’s nice to have something in the cupboard that’s natural and effective. I take two of these after eating foods that I know are likely to cause digestive issues, like fried foods or crucifers. The capsules help control that over-full and painful feeling from excessive gas and gets you back to normal in no time!

Nice brand, good for gas and bloating

After fatty or heavy meals, especially during the holiday season and all inclusive trip. bloating used to leave me uncomfortable for hours. I started taking Charcoal capsules, and the difference has been noticeable. A couple of capsules post-meal helps ease the pressure and discomfort in my tummy. It's easy to take. I hv not eaten charcoal before, and feels hesitant to do take it in the beginning as I hv an impression that this is not for internal use. But the eatable charcoal helps bloating and gas.

Good Alternative

I found this to be a good alternative to regular bloating medication. It does take longer to work for me but it does work! If you know you're going to has a meal that makes you gassy take them with the meal.

Love Natural

After the holidays this is a great way to reset your body and reduce the bloating and discomfort. Charcoal is also known to help rid your body of toxins. So im excited to use this on a regular basis, just be careful what other meds and supplements you take. So far I'm liking this product and love that its coconut based.

Relief gas and bloating

Me and my co-worker tried it and it works for me. I felt relieved especially my friend who has acid reflux and I told him to try it. When he tried it, he usually feels bad stomach ache because his acid reflux but he felt relief when he takes the capsules. Highly recommended

Natural gas relief

Works so well!

I am a person with a very sensitive stomach and feeling bloated is a daily occurrence. I love carbs but find that after eating carbs, I'm always bloated. I started taking these pills after dinner for a few days and definitely noticed the difference. I put these to the test, I ate everything that usually makes me bloated and I didn't have any discomfort. I also noticed that it helped with my digestion.
My son also used them and says that they made difference for him as well. He has a sensitive stomach like me and he took 2 pills after lunch and dinner. These are now a must in household.
