Great product for stomach upsets. My whole family uses it. It should be a staple in everyone's medicine cabinet or emergency supply. I always have it in stock and carry a small bottle with me at all times. I prefer these capsules to the loose ones as they're pretty convenient to take.

Great for bloating

I actually have a round belly that gets a lot of gas and I've been taken these for the last couple of days now and let me tell you holy cow. It actually absorbs whatever you've eaten and it relieves the gas. I've never ever thought of taking a product like this until now. I have to say it's actually really good. And I've noticed that my stomach is not as bloated anymore.

Me and my boyfriend go to play different sports all throughout the week, and what happens is we often end up being super hungry in the evening, cooking food and overeating… life of athletes lol. anyhow, the next mornings are always rough for both of us, i struggle with bloating, my boyfriend with digestive discomfort. ever since we got this product, we take one each after the meal, and it helped us start our mornings off with no issues whatsoever :) And the fact that it’s a natural ingredient makes it a 1000x better as we both are trying to keep our diets clean… well, with some exceptions :p

The activated charcoal craze is real! I purchased this bottle initially to try the DIY charcoal and almers glue peel off mask. It did a great job at pulling out my blackheads and white heads. I then tried it as a teeth whitener. I mixed a couple of capsules with some coconut oil, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and I brushed for 2 minutes and saw immediate results. I've only done it twice so far but my teeth are so much whiter I definately recommend.
