Easy to swallow

I started these capsules taking 2 for 25 days. I have high cholesterol and had a test prior to taking these and just went for another and awaiting results to confirm that these capsules contributed to lowered cholesterol

Good supplement

This is a great addition for anyone dealing with high cholesterol as it was easy to add to my every day routine. The capsules are all natural and diary, gluten, wheat or yeast free so that was definitely a benefit for me, as I'm lactose intolerent and sometimes its difficult to find supplements that are dairy free. While there is no way to fully know if they has impacted my cholesterol, its easy to take daily in support of other methods.

Cholesterol reducer

I have been taking these capsules now for a month and have not noticed one single change in anything. They are easy to take and incorporate into your day however they have done nothing to change how I feel, to assist in loosing weight along with other weight loss techniques and I feel no different than a month ago.

No negative effects

I've been taking Swiss Natural ChoLessterol for two weeks. That isn't really enough time to see a real change in my cholesterol but I can say that it didnt upset my stomach or have any negative effects. I also feel that Swiss Naturals is a trusted brand so I intend to keep taking it and will update my review.

On recent blood work, my doctor informed me that I have low levels of good cholesterol and that I might want to consider this in my dietary choices. However, I did not want to do anything radical and impractical considering my already stressful day to day obligations. This is where this product shines!

Seiss Natural ChoLessterol is a great choice for someone looking to improve their cholesterol levels without making radical lifestyle changes. You simply need to take 2 capsules per day, with meals and that's it! It's quite simple. The product product is clinically proven to be effective in reducing total cholesterol by 6 percent and LDL cholesterol by upto 14 percent.

I also love that this is a natural product. It uses Vegapure Plant Sterol Esters as a medical ingredient. Especially when trying to improve health, I prefer natural solutions to chemical ones.

The capsule size is okay. They are slightly large but still easy enough to swallow.

If I could make one improvement, I would like to be able to take these without meals. I tend to take my medicine before bed (not a mealtime) and I don't always eat breakfast. I found myself trying to remember to take these when I ate whatever meal. This is definitely not a deal breaker. It just required a but of adjustment on my end.

Great start for a better you

I started to take these and because it's a soft gel it was so easy to swallow ! I can't wait to have my blood work done in 3 months. Alot of people have high cholesterol and don't know it. I'm very happy that this is a natural way to help lower your cholesterol. With no bad side effects to take the pills either.

Another tool in fighting hyperlipidemia

Recently through medical blood work I have been seeing that I have significant hyperlipidemia. I have been taking other medications but wanted to try a supplement for it too. I took 2 of these soft gel capsules daily. It is vlinically proven to lower blood levels of total and LDL cholesterol. It also contains naturally sourced plant based sterol (phytosterols) that can be taken alone or with prescription cholesterol medications like statins.
I had poor side effects with statins, so took these for a while with a diuretic .
My previous blood work in January did show high cholestrol/LDL and HDL but recent blood work ( this, week) showed a decrease in everything but triglycerides. I also have been adjusting my diet and being more mindful about cutting fat intake.
The capsules are a bit big for my preference when taking medications but otherwise there were no unpleasant side effects or taste. I also checked the current pricing and it's definitely in an affordable bracket.
I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Easy to use, Proven result

I used this product between doctor visits, and my cholesterol was down at the second visit. I think it works! It's an easy pill to take, even though it's on the bigger side. If it aids in keeping me healthy, I am happy!
