Eating healthy and living an active life has always been my goal but I must admit I do cheat on doing them and that's when I have to rely on supplements and medications to watch out for my health as I age. Swiss Natural is my answer to keeping my cholesterol count on check and helps to reduce my cholesterol levels at 6%. I love that it is a natural option over prescription medications. There is no after taste and it comes in a convenient form that is easy to consume.

Great natural supplement for heart-health

I've been taking Swiss Natural Cholesterol for a few weeks now, and it's been a huge help in maintaining my cholesterol levels healthy and consistent. I take two capsules daily after lunch. The capsules are easy to take and have no aftertaste. I like that this is a plant-based product derived from plant sterol esters. No artificial colours or tastes. It has no gluten, dairy, wheat, yeast, or preservatives. Clinically proven to decrease LDL cholesterol by up to 14 percent. It can reduce total cholesterol by up to 6%. It's an excellent choice if you're seeking for heart-healthy supplements.

Good health

This gel capsules are very easy to take. It is clinically proven to lower cholesterol and heart health. Although I can’t proof this but mentally I do feel better. I like the small bottle. I place it in the dinning table to remind me to take it twice a day. I also like that this product is natural-based without artificial flavours nor preservatives.

Doesn't Leave A Lingering Taste

I haven't been able to see if they've made any difference healthwise yet. However, I tend to have a really sensitive stomach when it comes to medications/supplements/vitamins etc. I had no issues after taking these, even after having to take them on an empty stomach a couple of times (mornings are a rush). There is no noticeable taste to them, and overall the ease of taking them is great. While I can't recommend anything to anyone in a medical sense, I would definitely at least check with your physician if it's a possible addition to your health routine. (Unless you're pregnant or breastfeeding, of course!)

Great addition to a high blood pressure treatment

These vegapure choLESSterol tablets are easy to swallow, don't have a nasty taste to them and seem to have aided in lowering my cholesterol, just two tablets per day in conjuction with better diet and exercise were just what I needed . Gluten free. Dairy free , wheat free and preservative free , so no worries about any dietary restrictions . Swiss natural is a brand I always reach for when adding a new vitamin or supplement to my daily regimen

Might be worth a try

After being given this product for free, I added it to my daily medication which I prepare once a month. It's hard to say if it worked or not, but I did not have any adverse reactions to the natural ingredients. Would definitely consider continuing to take it then have blood work done to see if it made any difference

A decent medication that doesn't upset the stomach

I got this for free as a review from butterfly. I do have high cholesterol and I didn't mind taking this for a few days to see how it makes me feel in comparison to my own medication. Many of my own meds do give me side effects, like nausea and stomach, upsets. As a over-the-counter medication, I like how it doesn't have a weird smell or A weird taste, it is very light. It is a capsule and it doesn't give me any side effects of nausea or a stomachache. I cannot tell if it actually decreases. My cholesterol, because I didn't get to do a blood test, but if someone is interested in an over-the-counter medication, this is one that it does come withoutside effects. But then again, everyone's the body is different and it reacts differently to different medications. I do think the brand and the packaging and the quantity area is also worth the price. But like always do, read the ingredients before you use it, as it could be that some of the ingredients do not. I sit well with certain people. And their symptoms. Overall, I did receive this product to review and I would give it a good 4.5 majorly, because I cant actually test it With my own cholesterol levels but it doesn't come with the several side effects. That most over-the-counter medications do come with.

Cholesterol management

I tried this product as I am worried about my cholesterol levels due to not very healthy eating habits. The soft gel capsules are easy to take, it doesn’t make my stomach upset and in combination with a healthier diet I feel much better.
